To preserve the artwork, framing behind glass is recommended. Avoid direct sunlight and prolonged exposure to strong light.

The painting will be dispatched within 5 business days via a courier service, such as UPS or FedEx.

Estimated delivery times:

Italy: 5 business days

Europe: 5 – 9 business days

International destinations: 7-12 business days

Return and Refunds Policy

If you are a consumer purchasing from within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your artwork, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, please notify me by email within the 14-day period, clearly stating your intention to withdraw from the purchase. Please include your order number and the title of the artwork.

After notifying me of your decision to withdraw, you must send the artwork back within 14 days.

The artwork should be handled with care and returned in a condition that allows its nature and characteristics to be assessed. You may be held responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the artwork.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. I recommend using a tracked courier service and appropriate protective packaging to ensure the artwork is returned safely.

Once your withdrawal has been accepted, I will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard outbound delivery. Any additional costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery method will not be reimbursed.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of being informed of your decision to withdraw. However, I may withhold the refund until I have received the returned artwork or you have provided evidence that it has been sent back, whichever occurs first.

The refund will be made using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
